Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Distribution Center Area Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and manage Distribution Center Associates. You will ensure receiving, storing, packing, and shipping tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies.

The role emphasizes analyzing productivity data, driving team performance, coaching staff, and leading cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Experience implementing employee engagement and coaching initiatives.
• Experience using MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes productivity, efficiency, and accuracy data to drive team performance.
• Leads a Burlington core values-driven, inclusive team environment.
• Coordinates cross-functional assignments and special projects.
• Provides coaching and development to team members and receives the same.
• Ensures ongoing training and policy compliance across the DC.
• Effectively utilizes WMS and reporting tools to drive results.
