Job summary

Burlington Stores in California seeks a Distribution Center Operations Manager to fuel operational excellence across inbound, put-to-light, outbound and quality control. You will lead Area Managers, optimize staffing, and drive efficient, safe processing of goods so the right products reach our stores on time.

The role supports a Tuesday–Friday 4:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. shift, competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a fast‑moving retail supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management.
• 4+ years in high-volume distribution leadership.
• Experience with WMS and distribution equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence across warehouse areas.
• Lead Area Managers and coach staff on floor and in evaluations.
• Design and control delivery schedules to maximize store service.
• Maintain a safe workplace following Burlington safety policies.
