The role emphasizes driving performance, coaching staff, and leveraging warehouse systems. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and a minimum of 3+ years in a high-volume distribution setting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management).
• 3+ years of experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Experience in a distribution center management role.
• Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring, and development initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Warehouse Management Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze productivity, efficiency, and accuracy data to drive team performance.
• Lead and model Burlington’s core values and foster an inclusive team environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and special projects as needed.
• Provide coaching and development to the team.
• Ensure training and policy compliance and effective use of warehouse systems.
