Job summary

Terrestris Global Solutions seeks a Records Program Consultant to support the US Capitol Police RM program and IRMD operations. The role includes data collection, reporting, and office support under RM leadership in a hybrid onsite/telework setup.

Responsibilities cover inventories, lifecycle activities, communications, training coordination, and data-driven reporting for OIS and RM programs. Candidates should pass a background check and have at least an Associate’s degree with 3+ years of RM

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze records data, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records management analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support RM inventories and data collection across program offices.
• Assist with records lifecycle activities, including transfers, disposal guidance, and retention reviews.
• Prepare and distribute RM communications and maintain RL listings.
• Conduct RM planning meetings, document minutes, and track follow-ups.
• Assist with RM assessments and surveys, compiling results and reports.
• Coordinate training for records liaisons and program staff.
