Job summary

Terrestris is seeking a Records Program Consultant to support the USCP IRMD Support contract in Washington, DC. You’ll provide operational, analytical, and administrative RM support under RM leadership to execute day-to-day activities, data collection, reporting, and program coordination across offices.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree and at least 3 years of records management experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to analyze data and propose

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze records data, identify issues, and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support department-wide RM inventories by collecting, validating, and organizing data from program offices and records liaisons.
• Assist with records lifecycle activities, including transfers, disposal guidance, and destruction list reviews.
• Prepare and distribute routine RM communications and informational materials.
• Maintain and update Records Liaison listings and supporting documentation.
• Participate in RM planning meetings, document minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Support RM assessments and surveys by gathering analytical data and preparing summaries.
• Assist with training coordination for records liaisons and staff.
