• Hire, evaluate, develop, discipline and terminate hourly staff as needed.
• Ensure accurate handling of merchandise and adherence to standard processes and procedures.
• Monitor and coach performance to meet productivity, safety, quality, and expense targets.
• Coordinate workforce plans to align staffing with business needs and operational plans.
