Job summary

You will recruit, evaluate, and develop hourly associates while upholding company standards. Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with management on staffing and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires supervising and developing hourly associates, including hiring, evaluation, discipline and termination.
• Experience with warehouse operations and standard procedures, safety and quality controls.
• Proven ability to manage inventory accuracy, planning and staffing in a DC environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead an hourly team of 20 to 30 associates to meet DC performance goals.
• Coach, train and evaluate associates; handle disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure adherence to processes, safety standards and productive merchandise handling.
• Plan staffing and productivity to align with business needs and metrics.
