Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group's Taco Bell franchise is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; be willing to provide guidance to others as needed.

This role requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for most of the shift.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
