Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise to support the Registered General Manager by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. You will take ownership of problems, seek help when needed, and provide guidance to others while maintaining quality service.

Requirements include 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic PC literacy, and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
