Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group franchisee of Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Regional General Manager by running great shifts with independence and ownership. The role requires leadership to guide team members, solve problems, and provide guidance when needed.

Qualifications include 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic computer literacy, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong mathematical/analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; and be willing to provide help and guidance to others.
• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
