Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to support our RGM by running great Taco Bell shifts, taking ownership and guiding the team. You will solve problems, help others, and ensure smooth operations on busy shifts.

Requirements include 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic computer literacy, and being at least 18. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for much of the shift; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
