Hospitality Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. You will take ownership to solve problems and guide team members throughout the shift.

The role emphasizes people leadership, operations focus, and the ability to manage time and tasks while maintaining guest satisfaction. Prior supervisory experience in food service or retail is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. during shifts.
• Background checks are conducted on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership to solve problems; seek help when appropriate.
• Provide guidance to others and assist in training as needed.
• Ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction during shifts.
