Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group's Taco Bell franchise is seeking a Shift Leader who can run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and take ownership of problems. You will support the RGM and help ensure smooth daily operations on the floor.

You must be 18+, with 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, and possess basic PC literacy and math/analytical skills. Benefits vary by franchisee and may include health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

1–3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
Basic personal computer literacy.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
Background checks are run on all management employees.
Must have reliable transportation.
