Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support Taco Bell operations and run strong shifts with independence. You will take ownership, solve problems, and guide team members to maintain service quality.

The role offers benefits and requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A reliable commute is needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
