Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise location. The role supports the RGM by running strong shifts, taking ownership, and guiding team members to maintain smooth operations on a busy service floor.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, be at least 18, and possess basic computer skills. Flexible, reliable transportation is required and background checks are performed for management staff.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner to support the RGM.
• Take ownership and solve problems; seek help when appropriate.
• Be willing to provide guidance to other team members.
