Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchisee. You will help run great shifts, manage operations, and support the RGM with problem solving and guidance to team members.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic PC literacy, and the ability to handle up to 50 lbs. and stand for 80% of the shift. 18+ and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and analytical/decision-making skills are needed.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs; standing 80% of shift.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help when appropriate; provide guidance to others.
