Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise. You will run shifts with independence, solve problems, and guide team members to deliver fast, friendly service.

Requirements include 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer literacy, and strong math/analytical skills. Lifting up to 50 lbs and standing most of the shift are part of the role, with 18+ eligibility and reliable transportation. Benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; and guide others as needed.
• Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience.
