Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group's Taco Bell franchise is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running efficient shifts and managing daily operations on site. You will lead a team to resolve issues and maintain service standards with accountability for shift results.

We expect 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic PC literacy, and basic math/analytical skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the shift is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate
• Provide guidance to other team members as needed
