Markent Personnel is seeking two daytime RN Desk Nurses / Assistant Unit Managers for a Connecticut long-term care setting. This dual clinical-administrative leadership role partners with the Lead Unit Manager to oversee daily care delivery, documentation, orders, and unit workflows across two paired units.

The position emphasizes structured weekday daytime scheduling, supervisory duties, and adherence to CT DPH standards. Active CT RN licensure and LTC supervisory experience required.

Formación

• Active RN license in CT.
• 2–3 years in SNF or LTC with supervisory/desk nurse/charge nurse experience.
• Proficient with EMR systems (PointClickCare or similar).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for two active units.
• Excellent communication with physicians, leadership, and families.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily unit operations with Lead Unit Manager.
• Process and reconcile physician orders, tests, and pharmacy profiles.
• Liaise with physicians, therapy teams, families, and staff to align care plans.
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning updates, and discharge prep.
• Coach and guide RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on clinical standards and documentation.
• Maintain EMR documentation in compliance with CT DPH and QAPI.
