Eden Capital Careers is seeking two collaborative Daytime RN Desk Nurses / Assistant Unit Managers in Connecticut to partner with the Lead Unit Manager in daily unit operations.

This on-site, Monday–Friday role combines clinical practice with administrative leadership, overseeing care delivery, orders processing, EMR documentation, and staff guidance.

Candidates should hold CT RN licensure, have SNF/LTC supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with PointClickCare.

Formación

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut required.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC with supervisory/desk nurse/lead unit experience.
• Exceptional organizational multitasking abilities to run two active units.
• High proficiency with EMR systems (PointClickCare) for care planning, orders, audits.
• Strong communication with physicians, leadership, nursing teams, and families.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily unit operations, shift reports, and clinical nursing workflows across two units.
• Review, process, and reconcile physician orders, lab results, and pharmacy profiles.
• Liaise between physicians, therapy teams, families, and nursing staff to align care plans.
• Support comprehensive resident assessments, care plan updates, and family communication.
• Coach and guide floor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to maintain clinical standards.
• Maintain EMR documentation in line with DPH regulations and QAPI benchmarks.
