Job summary

Tri-S Recruiters is seeking two Daytime RN Desk Nurses / Assistant Unit Managers in Connecticut to partner with Lead Unit Managers on patient care and unit operations. The role focuses on clinical leadership, order processing, and ensuring smooth daily workflows across units.

Ideal candidates have CT RN licensure and 2–3 years of supervisory or desk nurse experience in SNF/LTC, with strong EMR skills (PointClickCare) and excellent communication with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing in SNF/LTC with supervisory/desk/unit management experience.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail orientation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily unit operations and nursing workflows across two units.
• Review and reconcile physician orders, lab results, and pharmacy profiles for accurate care delivery.
• Liaise with physicians, therapy teams, families, and staff to align care plans.
