Two Daytime RN Desk Nurses / Assistant Unit Managers are sought to partner with the Lead Unit Manager in Connecticut, driving unit operations, clinical documentation, and care delivery across two resident units. This role blends clinical leadership with administrative duties and operates on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

You will review physician orders, manage EMR documentation, and coordinate with physicians, families, and staff to support high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut is required.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC with supervisory/desk nurse/line leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily unit operations and desk leadership with the Lead Unit Manager.
• Review, process, and reconcile physician orders, labs, and pharmacy profiles.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with physicians, therapy teams, families, and nursing staff.
• Assist with resident clinical assessments, care planning updates, and discharge planning.
