Nudy’s Cafés in Main Line, PA seeks a Restaurant Manager for daytime operations to lead both dining room and kitchen teams and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee all aspects of the operation during your shift, drive service and performance, and coach staff to uphold high standards.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on hospitality, efficiency, safety, and consistent execution, with a path from RM to AGM to GM as the brand expands.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments.
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability.
• Strong understanding of guest experience, service flow, team leadership, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Restaurant Experience, creating a welcoming environment for every guest.
• Oversee the full operation, guiding front- and back-of-house teams and ensuring coordinated execution.
• Drive service & performance to maintain the 30-minute guest experience standard.
• Develop and support your team with daily pre-shift meetings and coaching.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness, completing line checks and logs.
• Support daily business operations with inventory, cash reconciliation, and scheduling.
