Nudy’s Cafés in Main Line, PA is seeking a Restaurant Manager for full operations leadership with daytime shifts. You will deliver an exceptional guest experience and lead all aspects of the operation during your shift—front of house, back of house, and team performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments.
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability.
• Strong understanding of guest experience, team leadership, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Restaurant Experience with presence in the dining room during peak hours and ensure a welcoming environment for every guest.
• Oversee the full operation as the manager on duty, guiding front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Drive service and performance by maintaining a 30-minute guest experience and coordinating pace and communication.
• Develop and support your team through daily pre-shift meetings, coaching, and clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards with daily line checks and temperature logs.
• Support daily business operations including inventory, cash reconciliation, and shift execution.
