Nudy’s Cafés is seeking a Restaurant Manager for daytime-only leadership of the Main Line location in PA. You will oversee front and back-of-house operations, ensuring a superior guest experience and a highly organized shift.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments.
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability.
• Strong understanding of guest experience and service flow, team leadership and coaching, and food safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Restaurant Experience: be present in the dining room during peak hours and create a welcoming, engaging environment for every guest.
• Oversee the Full Operation: you are the manager on duty, responsible for the entire restaurant and coordinating front- and back-of-house teams.
• Drive Service & Performance: maintain the 30-minute guest experience standard and ensure efficient delivery.
• Develop and Support Your Team: lead daily pre-shift meetings, coach and provide clear expectations.
• Maintain Food Safety & Cleanliness Standards: complete daily line checks and temperature logs, ensure sanitation standards.
• Support Daily Business Operations: assist with inventory, cash reconciliation, and staffing flow.
