Job summary

Nudy’s Cafés, a family-owned, growing restaurant group with 15 locations across several PA counties, seeks a hands-on operations leader for daytime shifts. You’ll lead guest experience, front and back of house, and daily performance while delivering a warm, efficient service standard.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, maintaining food safety, managing inventory, and ensuring the 30-minute dining experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments.
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability.
• Strong understanding of guest experience and service flow.
• Strong team leadership and coaching.
• Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Restaurant Experience: create a welcoming, engaging environment for every guest and ensure service is warm and efficient.
• Oversee the Full Operation: act as manager on duty, lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensure coordinated kitchen-to-dining room execution.
• Drive Service & Performance: uphold a 30-minute guest experience standard and promote pacing and teamwork.
• Develop and Support Your Team: run daily pre-shift meetings, coach staff, set clear expectations, and address performance professionally.
• Maintain Food Safety & Cleanliness Standards: perform line checks and logs, ensure sanitation standards, keep guest areas ready.
• Support Daily Business Operations: assist with inventory, cash reconciliation, and staffing flow.
