Nudy’s Cafés on Main Line, PA is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the daytime operations, ensuring a welcoming guest experience and smooth front- and back-of-house performance. This role focuses on developing teams, maintaining food safety, and meeting the 30-minute service standard, while driving daily business through inventory, scheduling, and KPI discipline.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience leading both dining room and kitchen.
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability.
• Strong understanding of guest experience and service flow.
• Strong team leadership and coaching.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Experience in high-volume breakfast, brunch, or casual dining environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant experience by being present in the dining room during peak hours.
• Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Ensure the 30-minute guest experience standard and smooth operations.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and coach team members.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Handle inventory, cash reconciliation, and daily reporting.
• Coordinate staffing flow, breaks, and shift execution.
