Job summary

Nudy’s Cafés in Main Line, PA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daytime operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience across front of house and back of house.

You will supervise staff, run pre‑shift meetings, ensure food safety and cleanliness, manage inventory and reporting, and drive a smooth, 30‑minute dining experience with strong teamwork. This is a growth‑oriented, hands‑on leadership role within a family‑owned brand.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments.
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability.
• Strong understanding of guest experience, service flow, team leadership, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daytime shift and manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Oversee guest experience and service flow to maintain our standards.
• Coach and develop team members and hold staff accountable with clear expectations.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and daily line checks.
