Nudy’s Cafés is a family‑owned restaurant group seeking a Restaurant Manager for daytime operations. You will lead both dining room and kitchen, ensuring a warm guest experience and efficient service during peak hours.

Expect to oversee the full operation, coach and develop the team, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards. The role offers a daytime schedule (6:30 AM–4:30 PM) with a clear growth path from RM to AGM to GM, plus strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments.
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability.
• Strong understanding of guest experience and service flow, team leadership, and food safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Be present in the dining room during peak hours and create a welcoming guest environment.
• Lead the entire restaurant as manager on duty, coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Ensure 30-minute guest experience standard is maintained and service runs smoothly.
