Nudy’s Cafés is seeking a Restaurant Manager for daytime operations on the Main Line, PA. You will lead all aspects of the operation during your shift, from front-of-house to kitchen, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and top‑notch team performance.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years of leadership in restaurant settings, cross‑functional team coaching, and a strong focus on food safety. This is a hands‑on role with opportunities for advancement within a family‑owned growth brand.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments.
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability.
• Strong understanding of guest experience and service flow, team leadership, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant experience by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring service is warm, attentive, and efficient.
• Oversee full operation as the manager on duty, guiding front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Maintain the 30-minute guest experience standard and drive pacing, communication, and teamwork.
• Develop and support the team through daily pre-shift meetings, coaching, and clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards through temperature logs and line checks.
