Nudy’s Cafés – Main Line, PA is hiring a Restaurant Manager for daytime shifts (6:30 AM–4:30 PM). You will lead all aspects of operations, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and coach a team across front‑ and back‑of‑house functions.

Compensation includes a $55,000 base salary with a $5,000 bonus potential, plus earned benefits and 401(k) matching. This role offers growth within a family‑owned, expanding restaurant group.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments.
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability.
• Strong understanding of guest experience and service flow.
• Team leadership and coaching.
• Food safety and cleanliness standards.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Experience in high-volume breakfast, brunch, or casual dining environments.

Responsibilities

• Be present in the dining room during peak hours and create a welcoming environment for every guest.
• Oversee the entire restaurant as manager on duty, guiding front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.
• Maintain the 30‑minute guest experience standard and ensure efficient service.
• Lead daily pre‑shift meetings and provide coaching and clear expectations.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and daily line checks; keep the restaurant guest‑ready.
• Assist with inventory management, cash reconciliation, and staffing flow.
