Nudy’s Cafés, a family-owned restaurant group with 15 locations, seeks a hands-on Operations Leader for daytime shifts on the Main Line, PA. You will guide both dining room and kitchen teams, ensuring guest satisfaction, high standards, and smooth shift execution.

Lead daily pre-shift meetings, coach staff, and uphold food safety while driving efficient service and strong teamwork. This growth-focused role offers a clear career ladder within a trusted brand.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments.
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability.
• Strong understanding of guest experience and service flow, team leadership, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant experience with a welcoming, engaging environment for each guest.
• Oversee the full operation as manager on duty, coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Drive service and performance to maintain a 30-minute guest experience and strong teamwork.
• Develop and coach team members with clear expectations and consistent follow-through.
• Maintain food safety & cleanliness standards with daily checks and logs.
• Support daily business operations including inventory, cash reconciliation, and staffing flow.
