Nudy’s Cafés is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daytime operations at our Main Line location. You’ll oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring a warm guest experience, efficient service, and strict adherence to food safety standards.

You’ll coach staff, run pre-shift meetings, manage inventory, and handle daily reporting. This role offers a clear growth path from RM to AGM to GM with company-paid health coverage and a competitive bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience leading both dining room and kitchen teams.
• Ability to coach, set expectations, and address issues.
• ServSafe Manager Certification preferred (or within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant experience and guest service.
• Oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.
• Ensure the 30‑minute guest experience standard.
• Develop and coach team; run pre‑shift meetings.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and shift planning.
