Nudy’s Cafés seeks a Restaurant Manager for daytime shifts. You will lead both dining room and kitchen operations, ensuring a warm, efficient guest experience and high standards in safety and service.

This hands-on role requires coaching staff, managing shifts, and maintaining restaurant operations for a multi-site family brand. You will drive performance, manage daily tasks, and support growth within a structured org.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience leading both dining room and kitchen operations.
• Ability to lead a shift with accountability and clear expectations.
• Strong understanding of guest experience, team leadership, and food safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the restaurant experience and be present in the dining room during peak hours.
• Oversee the full operation as manager on duty, coordinating front- and back-of-house teams.
• Drive service and performance to maintain a 30-minute guest experience standard.
• Develop and support team through daily pre-shift meetings and coaching.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness with daily checks and logs.
• Support daily business operations including inventory, cash reconciliation and staffing.
