Job summary

The Turning Point LLC is actively seeking dedicated kitchen staff for daytime-only shifts across our growing network of locations. You will receive strong training, opportunities for advancement, and flexible scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include food handling, portioning, cooking, and following English or Español recipes to meet health standards. You may rotate through stations and support dishwashing and prep tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Skilled with cookware needed for the position.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
• Able to work with high temperature equipment and in a high heat facility.

Responsibilities

• Proper food handling and storage.
• Preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking.
• Accurately and efficiently cooking food.
• Read in English or Español and follow recipes, portions, guidelines, sanitation, and safety requirements.
• Learn and work across all three cooking stations, food prep and dishwashing positions.
• Managers will not ask you to do something they would not do themselves.
