Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects.
• Read in English or Español and follow recipes and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Proper food handling and storage.
• Preparing and portioning food prior to cooking.
• Accurately and efficiently cooking food.
• Follow recipes, portions, and sanitation guidelines in English or Español.
• Learn and work across all kitchen stations (three cooking stations, food prep, dishwashing).
• Managers will model expected behaviors and lead by example.
