Job summary

The Turning Point Restaurants is a daytime-only breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept seeking enthusiastic team members in NJ. You’ll work daytime hours, with opportunities to transfer to other NJ, PA, and DE locations as needed.

We offer full training and support for English and Spanish speakers, flexible scheduling, and paths to management as more than 65% of managers are promoted from within.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Skilled with the use of cookware needed for the position.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
• Ability to work with high temperature equipment and in a high heat facility.
• Read in English or Español and follow recipes and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Proper food handling and storage.
• Preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking.
• Accurately and efficiently cooking food.
• Follow recipes, portions, guidelines, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Learn and work across multiple kitchen stations including prep and dishwashing.
