Job summary

EverestDX Inc. in the United States is seeking an IT HRIS Analyst to optimize Dayforce HCM and related HR systems. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to troubleshoot issues, configure enhancements, and support integrations.

Responsibilities include Dayforce administration, data integrity, system security, and developing HR reports and dashboards to enable accurate workforce analytics. Onsite in Parsippany, NJ, Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years supporting an enterprise HRIS, preferably Dayforce.
• Experience with Dayforce configuration and administration.
• Experience troubleshooting HRIS issues and supporting end users.
• Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or Benefits processes.
• Experience with HRIS integrations (API, SFTP, or middleware).
• Strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and administration for Dayforce HCM.
• Troubleshoot application, data, and integration issues.
• Configure system changes, workflows, security, and business rules.
• Support Dayforce releases, testing, and production deployments.
• Monitor and support HRIS integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, vendors, and IT teams to deliver system improvements.
