Job summary

Tier4 Group seeks a Lead HR Systems Analyst to own Dayforce administration and strategic HR technology initiatives. You will bridge business stakeholders with HR tech solutions, ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance, and scalable workflows.

The role requires extensive Dayforce experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive process improvements across HR, payroll, benefits, and recruitment. You'll lead projects, oversee integrations, and mentor HRIS team members.

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive experience supporting HR technology systems.
• Five years of direct experience administering and configuring Dayforce HCM.
• Experience supporting multiple HR domains: Payroll, Workforce Management, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Core HR.
• Proven success leading HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide HR systems projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the organization's Dayforce expert, configuring and maintaining the platform.
• Lead system configuration, new functionality deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
• Support and optimize modules across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Workforce Management, Learning, Compensation, Onboarding, and Performance Management.
• Design scalable HR technology solutions in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Oversee testing (functional, integration, UAT, regression) and post-implementation support.
• Create and maintain governance, security, and process documentation.
