Job summary

Standex International is seeking a Principal HRIS Analyst to lead our HR technology strategy, focusing on Dayforce administration, data integrity, and cross‑functional collaboration across HR, IT, payroll, and finance. You will shape roadmaps, drive system upgrades, and deliver actionable analytics to inform leadership decisions.

The role requires hands-on Dayforce experience, governance oversight, and strong communication skills to partner with global teams and vendors in a manufacturing/global

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HRIS experience, including system administration, configuration, reporting, and project leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading HRIS implementations, upgrades, integrations, or large-scale enhancement projects.
• Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms and data reporting.
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead functional and technical expert for HR technology platforms and roadmaps.
• Partner with HR leadership to align HR technology with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with HR teams on system projects, gather requirements, test, and implement features.
• Lead governance, security, change management, and data stewardship for HRIS.
• Configure workflows, security roles, and user access across modules.
