The candidate will administer Dayforce, develop dashboards, support performance management and training records, and collaborate across HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to drive data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, IS, business, or related field.
• 0
• 5–7 years HRIS and HR analytics experience, preferably in a law or professional services.
• Strong Dayforce administration, data management, and payroll-related system experience.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI experience.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, data governance, and employment practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Dayforce HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integration.
• Create and manage workflows, forms, dashboards, and employee records.
• Support performance management and training records.
• Prepare compensation analyses, benchmarking, and wage notices.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations from HR data.
• Support compliance reporting including EEO-1 and state pay data submissions.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and leaders to improve processes.
