Job summary

Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP seeks a Senior Human Resources Data Analyst in its Washington, DC office to maintain HRIS data in Dayforce and deliver routine and ad hoc reports to support HR and firm objectives.

You will administer HRIS, support benefits and payroll data, build dashboards in Power BI, and ensure data integrity across systems while complying with employment laws and firm policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or IT/database management required.
• 5–7 years HRIS experience preferably in a law firm or professional services.
• Minimum of five years HRIS/payroll/database software administration experience; reporting skills using Power BI.
• Experience administering HR applications, preferably Dayforce and viAderant modules.
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of SharePoint or similar web design tools.
• Understanding of employment laws and HR principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintains HRIS data (Dayforce) and ensures data integrity across systems.
• Creates routine and ad hoc reports to support HR and firm objectives.
• Administers HRIS access, security, and user setup; participates in user groups.
• Develops dashboards and workflows; improves data capture and sharing.
• Supports compensation, benefits, payroll data and compliance reporting.
• Collaborates with HR, IT, payroll and management to optimize data systems.
