Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Charlotte, NC seeks an HR Technology Analyst to serve as the help desk’s first contact, triaging Dayforce issues and guiding users.

You will audit and test Dayforce updates before go‑live, maintaining data accuracy through audits, and processing new site adds.

You will produce HRIS reports and dashboards for HR and Payroll, maintain user guides, and support access controls under the Manager, HR Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1-3 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, help desk/support, or a related HR technology role.
• Experience with Dayforce or a comparable HRIS strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes of system and data issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR Technology help desk inquiries, triaging requests and escalating complex issues to the Manager, HR Technology.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day system errors, software bugs, and workflow issues within Dayforce, working toward timely resolution.
• Audit and test new Dayforce updates and releases prior to production push, documenting results and flagging issues for resolution.
• Maintain data accuracy across Dayforce through regular audits and by reviewing new form submissions for completeness and correctness.
• Process new site adds in Dayforce when new management contracts are signed, ensuring timely and accurate system setup.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc HRIS reports, data extracts, and dashboards to support HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain process documentation, job aids, and user guides for common Dayforce transactions and self-service functions.
• Support user access, security role, and workflow configuration tasks under the direction of the Manager, HR Technology.
• Partner with the Manager, HR Technology to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
