Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in the United States is seeking an HR Technology Analyst to serve as the first point of contact for the HR Technology help desk, troubleshoot Dayforce issues, and audit system updates.

Reporting to the Manager, HR Technology, the analyst will maintain data accuracy, process new site adds, and prepare HRIS reports and dashboards for stakeholders across HR and Payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, IS, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years in HRIS/HR ops/help desk or HR tech role.
• Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data handling skills.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR Technology help desk inquiries.
• Triages requests and escalates complex issues to the Manager, HR Technology.
• Troubleshoot Dayforce day-to-day system errors and workflow issues.
• Audit and test Dayforce updates prior to production and document results.
• Maintain data accuracy across Dayforce through regular audits and form reviews.
• Prepare HRIS reports, data extracts, and dashboards for HR/Payroll stakeholders.
• Maintain process documentation and user guides for Dayforce transactions.
• Support user access, security roles, and workflow configuration tasks.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
