Job summary

Save-A-Lot, Ltd. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support the HRIS Manager, maintain Dayforce workflows, and ensure data integrity across HR records. You will audit data, manage user access, and assist with weekly payroll processing in collaboration with the Payroll Analyst.

The role requires 1–3 years of HRIS/Payroll experience, a related degree, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Retail/distribution experience a plus, and travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HRIS/Payroll system experience; Dayforce HCM preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Retail/Distribution industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and design HRIS transactions and workflows for compliance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to HRIS users.
• Collaborate with IT to identify system improvements and enhancements.
• Manage permissions and user access in HRIS.
• Assist with payroll processing and data loads to Dayforce.
• Create SOPs, automated queries, and reports for HRIS.
