First Supply is seeking an HRIS Analyst to act as the technical and functional expert for Dayforce and related HR systems across our Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Chicagoland footprint. You will own system administration, integrations, analytics, data governance, and user enablement to deliver accurate workforce insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRIS, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HRIS/HR technology experience.
• Dayforce experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and KPI reporting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of Dayforce and other HR technology platforms.
• Serve as the primary technical and functional point of contact for HRIS inquiries, issue resolution, troubleshooting, and escalation.
• Configure and maintain modules, workflows, business rules, security roles, permissions, notifications, forms, dashboards, and system settings.
• Evaluate vendor releases, upgrades, patches, and new functionality; coordinate testing and implementation.
• Monitor system performance and drive reliability, usability, self-service, and adoption.
