Experis Technology Group is seeking an HR Data Conversion Specialist to support a Dayforce implementation in Newtown Square, PA. This hybrid role (2–3 days onsite) focuses on collecting, cleaning, and standardizing employee data for a smooth go-live, with collaboration across HR and payroll teams at multiple locations.

You will merge sources into Dayforce templates, verify final files, and assist testing and post-launch validation.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR data and terminology (earnings codes, deductions, benefits).
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets (lookups, find/replace, merge, reconcile).
• Strong attention to detail with thorough, repetitive data work.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate employee data for Dayforce conversion.
• Clean and standardize data across locations to ensure consistency.
• Merge data from multiple sources into Dayforce templates and verify accuracy.
• Support testing and post-launch validation of the Dayforce conversion.
• Follow up on data issues with multiple locations to resolution.
