Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of Dayforce HRIS administration, configuration, or systems analysis experience required.
• Experience supporting payroll and workforce management processes within an HRIS environment required.
• Hands-on Dayforce configuration and administration experience including payroll and workforce management functionality.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Dayforce functionality to support HR and payroll operations.
• Manage HRIS updates, system maintenance, data integrity, and ongoing production support.
• Troubleshoot system integrations and data issues while coordinating solutions across HR technology platforms.
• Test and validate system configurations, updates, integrations, and process changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve HRIS functionality, system reliability, and HR and payroll processes.
