Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a Dayforce Consultant or in a similar role.
• Hands-on with Dayforce modules like Payroll, WFM, and Benefits.
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes.
• Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Dayforce certifications are a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Dayforce Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the Dayforce HCM platform. In this role, you’ll partner closely with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure Dayforce solutions align with business needs and drive operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Lead or support Dayforce implementations, configurations, and enhancements
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Dayforce solutions
• Configure and support Dayforce modules such as Payroll, Workforce Management, Benefits, Talent, and Reporting
• Provide system testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support
• Train end users and create documentation and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system performance
• Stay current on Dayforce releases, features, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years experience as a Dayforce Consultant or in a similar Dayforce-focused role
• Hands‑on experience with one or more Dayforce modules (Payroll, WFM, Benefits, Talent, etc.)
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• Dayforce certifications are a plus
