Job summary

Spring Education Group is seeking an HRIS & Analytics Manager to lead Dayforce, HR systems, and workforce analytics for a multi-state workforce from its West Chester, PA office. The role blends HRIS administration with analytics, driving data-informed decisions and system optimization.

The position is hybrid (three days in the office, two remote) with a focus on data integrity, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to support leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10 years HRIS/HRIS Manager or similar role.
• Hands-on Dayforce experience required.
• Strong HR systems knowledge and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Knowledge of multi-state HR policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical owner for Dayforce, including performance upgrades and enhancements.
• Configure HR processes, workflows, and policies within Dayforce.
• Troubleshoot system issues and drive scalable solutions.
• Manage vendor relations for integrated systems and document configurations.
